About the book
Description
Making an effective and impressive presentation is not easy. This book reviews one key technique that can enliven and strengthen presentations and help ensure they fulfil their purpose and carry their audience with them.
Humour can act to turn what would otherwise be a perfectly workmanlike message into something with an added hook that makes its retention and use that much more likely.
Such hooks can include:
- Stories- Quotations and quips
- Overheard remarks
- Proverbs, sayings and miscellaneous words of wit or wisdom
